Student Life
Experience All That St. Francis de Sales Has to Offer.
In addition to rigorous academic programs, St. Francis de Sales Parish School also offers rich and diverse extracurricular activities aimed at helping students develop a balanced student life.
Highlights
SFDS has many engaging opportunities for students. When you attend SFdS, opportunity awaits.
Student Experience Center
Our newly renovated Student Experience Center offers students the opportunity to explore photography, broadcasting, horticulture, art, music, creativity as well as the culinary arts. This space is a wonderland for all ages and allows our students to identify their true passions and highlight the gifts and talents God has given them.
Cantors
School Cantors are students who are part of the St. Francis de Sales School Choir who are selected by the Director of Music to lead the school assembly during Masses and Liturgies. The students humbly and prayerfully serve encouraging the voice of the assembly to Praise God. Cantors need to be comfortable learning and leading new music singing solo or as a duet.
CYO Sports
Our CYO sports program is a great way for students in grades 3-8 to learn the importance of team competition, working hard, and the joy of good sportsmanship. Our falcons have the opportunity to explore basketball, volleyball, track and field and cross country.
Board Game Club
Our Board Game Club is available for 3rd grade and up. Games will be provided but students are welcome to bring a board game to share. We are requesting $5 to join. Please return all monies to Mrs. Stanfield.
Bowling Club
Our Bowling club is for 3rd through 5th grade students. Students will need a guardian to stay with them for the duration of the time please. Students will have the opportunity to bowl two games each session. The total cost is $40 per child. The cost includes games, shoe rental & equipment for 8 weeks.

Student Council
Student Council is for students in grades 5-8. The purpose of student council is to give students an opportunity to develop leadership by organizing and carrying out school activities and service projects. In addition to planning events that contribute to our school spirit and community welfare, the student council is the voice of our student body. Student council advisors are Mrs. Fraleigh and Miss Dean.
